These terms cover ordering, pricing, delivery and the limits of what HW Sense claims about the products it sells.
This page describes HW Sense's intended approach while the business completes its launch preparation. It is published so nothing is hidden, and it will be replaced by the confirmed policy before HW Sense accepts live orders.
Who you are buying from
HW Sense is operated by Aim High Marketing Group. We are the seller of record for orders placed on this site.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.
- The amount you pay is always calculated on our server and confirmed by Stripe. A price shown in your browser is never the final authority.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we confirm payment, not when you submit the form. Until then it is a request. We may decline an order we cannot fulfil, and we will refund it in full.
What we claim about products
Product descriptions come from the manufacturer or from our own review of published material. We do not add claims of our own, and nothing on this site is a promise of a medical outcome.
HW Sense does not provide diagnosis or treatment. If you are unsure whether a product suits you, speak to a qualified professional before buying.
Returns and warranty
Return rights, timings and any restocking charge are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.
Changes
The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it. We keep the review date at the foot of this page so you can see when it last changed.
