Instructions, Not Guesswork.
The manufacturer's own instructions settle questions no retailer should answer on their behalf.
We publish a manufacturer's documentation where we are permitted to host it. Where we are not, we point you to the source rather than paraphrase it.
No manuals are hosted here yet. Document hosting depends on permission from each manufacturer, and we are still completing those agreements.
We will not republish a manual we do not have the right to host, and we will not summarise safety instructions in our own words — a paraphrase of a safety step is a good way to change its meaning.
Getting instructions in the meantime
- Check the packaging: nearly every product here ships with its instructions included.
- The product page lists the manufacturer where we have confirmed it, which is the most reliable place to look for current documentation.
- If you cannot find it, ask us. We will source the correct document for your exact model rather than send something close.
If the instructions are missing
A missing manual counts as an incomplete delivery. Tell us and we will resolve it — that is not limited by the change-of-mind return window.
